No one will expect anything of you except common respect for others. There will be people "playing," people watching the people playing, and people just being themselves and chatting it up. (And very often, all three!)

You can count on a friendly, welcoming crowd, in which you can just be a wallflower, ask people about what's happening, or be "in play".
